I chatted with a rep at this company and they hire for agents:

Live Staff Agents are trained and proficient in executing the following tasks and duties.​

  • Answering Incoming Chats
  • Answering Inbound Phone Calls (not all agents)
  • Creating/​Answering Support Tickets in online environment
  • Creating and Generating canned responses.​

Required:

The ideal applicant for the position of Live StaffAgent will have (but not be limited to) the following skill set.​

  • Typing Skills (min.​ 40 wpm)
  • Multi-Tasking ability
  • Internet Knowledge
  • Customer Service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and Dependable
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Multi-lingual (not required but an asset)
  • Instant Message experience an asset.​
