Live Staff Agents are trained and proficient in executing the following tasks and duties.
- Answering Incoming Chats
- Answering Inbound Phone Calls (not all agents)
Creating/Answering Support Tickets in online environment Creating and Generating canned responses.
Required:
The ideal applicant for the position of Live StaffAgent will have (but not be limited to) the following skill set.
Typing Skills (min. 40 wpm) Multi-Tasking ability Internet Knowledge Customer Service skills Good communication skills Reliable and Dependable Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated Multi-lingual (not required but an asset) - Instant Message experience an asset.
