The technician must remain informed and trained in current technology and have excellent customer service skills.

This one sounds really fun. KGB is hiring "Special Agents". What is a Special Agent? KGB is a mobile Ask Anything 2-way text service. The service is accessed by texting kgbkgb or 542542 from a mobile phone and receive any answer to their questions in minutes. That is where you come in. If you are into internet research of have in depth knowledge of finding information on the internet, this could be the job for you. And from my understanding, there is little or no phone work.
